Our History

The Biginning

Shri Shrishailappa C Metgud started the cotton business in 1983. He began his firm with cotton ginning and an oil mill. We were the first in Karnataka and Maharashtra to start a cotton seed oil cake company at the time. Through a long process of faith, struggle, and encouragement Vijay Industries was expanded. Chairman has worked tirelessly to establish a Vijay Industries milestone at Bailhongal (North Karnataka). He has now built a high-quality cotton ginning facility and oil mill.

With that, he formed two pillars for Vijay Industries, Mr. Vijay Metgud and Mr. Jairaj Metgud.

Legacy Continues

Mr. Vijay and Mr. Jairaj have big plans for their business's performance. They are now integrating another significant achievement into the Vijay industry. Both brothers built textile, real estate, M sand units, and an engineering business. With the assistance of Mrs. Jyoti Vijay Metgud and Mrs. Kriti Jairaj Metgud, the two brothers are now expanding the empire of the Vijay industries day by day.

Unprecedented Growth

Now both are planning to form a sugar factory in the upcoming days. Mr. VIjay and Mr. Jairaj are successful businessmen in the region who serve as inspirations for the younger generation.
