About Us
Basav Real Estate was founded in 2015 by two brothers Mr. Vijay Metgud and Mr. Jairaj Metgud, with strong values and a desire to give people a comprehensive multi-faceted service.
Mr. Vijay and Mr. Jairaj, ever-self-motivated dreamers, set ambitious goals for themselves. Both were born and raised in Bailhongal, Karnataka.
As a result, they are eager to offer something better for the bailhongal. In the 2010s, roads, and other facilities were coming here at the time, and they noticed a scarcity of reasonable construction projects in the region, so both decided to participate in this sector for the community.
Working day and night, they had formed a strong base for the business, eventually handling many projects concurrently with an ever-growing group. Mr. Vijay and Mr. Jairaj was a family man at heart, although one with entrepreneurial acumen and quality management abilities, and they recognized the needs of families from all walks of life. It came effortlessly to them, and they gave each task with complete attention.
Both ingrained their drive for excellence while raising families, providing them with the same enthusiastic training so that the firm might achieve new milestones – all while emphasizing the importance of being grounded in growing success.
