The company is actively engaged in various aspects of the cotton industry, spanning from farming to fabric production. Our commitment to full farmer traceability, starting from the farm and extending through the ginning stage.
In the cotton supply chain of South India, Basava Textiles plays a crucial role, handling tasks ranging from procuring raw cotton to producing cotton bales and their trading. We have established collaborations with India’s largest spinning mills to ensure a seamless cotton supply chain. Our ginning operations are into two distinct sections located in Bailhongal, Karnataka. Remarkably, we hold the title of being the best quality producer of cotton Cotton Bales in South India in terms of production capacity.
Basava Textiles takes pride in its cutting-edge technology, which includes a fully automated system designed to effectively manage cotton contamination. Additionally, our specialization extends to the processing of various cotton varieties, including Bunny and DCH 32. Moreover, we are actively involved in ginning sustainable cotton options such as Better Cotton and Organic Cotton, aligning our practices with environmentally conscious and responsible cotton production.
